Data collected: your e-mail address, the newsletter you chose (The Ticker Post), where your subscription came from (for example Instagram) and the dates of subscription, confirmation and unsubscription.

Purpose: sending you the The Ticker Post newsletter. Nothing else.

Legal basis: your consent, confirmed by a click in the e-mail you receive after subscribing.

Retention: until you unsubscribe; your row is then deleted (subscribing again goes through e-mail confirmation again). Every issue contains a one-click unsubscribe link. A subscription that is never confirmed is deleted after 30 days. An address that caused a bounce or a complaint is not kept: only an irreversible fingerprint remains, used solely to avoid sending to it again.

Processors and transfers outside the EU: Supabase (database, EU, Paris), Resend (e-mail delivery) and Vercel (site hosting). Resend and Vercel are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there.

Your rights: access, rectification and erasure of your data, on request at contact@thetickerpost.com.

Anti-abuse: when you subscribe, a salted fingerprint of your IP address (irreversible; the IP address itself is not stored) is kept for 24 hours to limit the number of attempts.

Audience measurement: the site counts visits without cookies and without personal data (no identifier, no IP address stored).
