By the newsroom · · 1 min read · ▶ 1:01

The essentials

  • CoreWeave's shares and bond were set for steep weekly losses on Friday, underscoring investor worries over the cloud-computing company's $50 billion debt load.[1]
  • The stock plunged more than 25% last week, its biggest one-week drop since November 2025, over debt concerns.[2]

  • For the week, the Nasdaq fell 4.5%, snapping a monthlong winning streak with its worst week since late June.[3]
